Serving hot espresso coffee drinks, blended coffee drinks and smoothies.
(No food service.)

We have free wifi and plenty of seating.

We invite you to just come and hang out with a friend and chat, and enjoy our beautiful garden like it's your own. Loitering is encouraged!

Favorite Recipies

Here are some FUN recipes to inspire you!

I would love to share a few of my favorite recipes with you! My love of cooking with fresh ingredients comes from gardening year round in our beautiful vegetable garden in Flinn Springs, CA. The weather here is just perfect to grow these wholesome, delicious and nutritious meals and treats!

Summers Past Farms' Lavender Lemonade
Summers Past Farms' Lavender Lemonade

Boil filtered water, pour over 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup Lavender Blossoms.
Stir well to dissolve the sugar and let steep for 10 to 20 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove the lavender blossoms.
Then add the juice from 5 lemons and 1 orange.
Place lots of sliced lemon, lavender and ice into a serving pitcher and pour the Lemonade mixture over it.

Serve over ice and Enjoy!

Sheryl's Tomato Soup with Fresh Herbs
Sheryl's Tomato Soup with Fresh Herbs

serves 6

1/4 cup Butter
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
1 cup chopped Celery, stalks & leaves
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Basil
2 sprigs each fresh Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme
3 cups peeled, seeded and chopped Tomatoes
4 cups Chicken Stock salt freshly ground black pepper

In a 2-quart saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onion, carrot and celery for 5 minutes. Stir in the fresh herbs, tomatoes and stock. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stir occasionally. Use a stick blender to slightly puree and leave small chucks. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs.

Don't stop there! This is an excellent soup base to use with fish, vegetables and rice to your liking!
